Say hello to Wilhemina Wonka. Willy Wonka is a much loved film character and a great idea for a wacky dress up theme.

This one is a lot of fun to work on. It includes a mini tophat, tailcoat and super puffy party dress. The fabric used on the bodice is an exact copy of Willy Wonka’s vest fabric from the movie and is detailed with a bowtie.
